The LifeSpan C3-DT3 is a bike base that comes separately from the desk. Simply slide the C3-DT3 under any standing desk, and you can start moving while you work. The attached console provides workout time, resistance level, distance, calories burned, and speed readouts so you can easily track your progress. The seat can be adjusted to 19 different heights, making it ideal for communal areas. (NOTE- this product does not include the desk)
